MAINTENANCE

Care Plant, Inc. provides a quality interior landscape program.  Our horticulturist / plant technicians will maintain all selected interior plants through weekly / bi-weekly service calls.  They will administer appropriate watering and cleaning to keep plants healthy and visually appealing at all times.  The horticulturist / plant technician will fertilize, trim foliage, prune, repot and add soil as needed.  Care Plant Inc. is a licensed certified pesticide applicator.  Diagnosis and treatment for pest control and disease shall be performed, as required, for each individual plant.

Care Plant, Inc. also provides the highest quality artificial plant cleaning service. Our technicians will maintain all selected silk plants through quarterly service calls.

Care Plant Inc. guarantees the condition of plants based on inventory taken the first week of service.  Care Plant Inc. will provide Client with a copy of the inventory, including the plants not covered under the guarantee.

A weekly service report is completed by the horticulturist / plant technician and is provided to the appropriate representative at the time of the service.  These reports indicate, in a complete and concise fashion, all the work performed during the service call as well as any additional comments.

The Care Plant Inc. management team will perform periodic inspections to monitor the performance of individual horticulturist / plant technicians.  Quarterly, you will be invited to evaluate the quality of our service by answering a short questionnaire.  These specific inquiries, along with your comments, guarantee superior horticultural and customer service.

Insurance coverage is provided by Care Plant Inc. in the amount of two million dollars covering; liability, property damage, and worker's compensation.  Such insurance provides protection to Care Plant Inc and Client should any claims arise during operations.
